Robert brings over 30 years of practice experience, having advised on numerous high-stakes commercial negotiations and represented clients in widely-followed litigation, including: a major department store equity dispute, a food safety case involving a prominent corporation, over one hundred criminal prosecutions under the Anti-Corruption Act against county and township officials, and the Changhua solar energy dispute, among others.
On the industry side, Robert's areas of deep expertise include semiconductors, steel, manufacturing, hand tools, sand and concrete, waste management, and construction. He also serves as an independent director on the boards of listed companies in the semiconductor and digital hand tools sectors, providing oversight and corporate governance counsel.
